Administrative/Government Relations
Blanscet Sutherland Hooper & Hale, L.L.P. represents individuals and corporate clients in evidentiary or contested case hearings before a number of federal, state, and local agencies and tribunals. We can answer questions concerning environmental issues, employment grievances or issues, local zoning matters and other administrative and governmental matters. Based on our representation of clients in prior hearings, we know the hearing process and have the qualifications and resources necessary to represent our clients. Our goal is to handle administrative matters in a cost-effective manner.
While the goal in any representation is to secure a favorable outcome at the agency level, avoiding the need for an appeal, our lawyers are experienced in seeking judicial review of agency decisions that are arbitrary or contrary to law.
Our firm has successfully handled administrative proceedings before the following Agencies and Tribunals:
- Texas Workforce Commission
- Equal Opportunity Employment Commission
- TWC - Texas Commission on Human Rights
- United States Department of Labor
- Unions
- Zoning Boards
- School Boards
- Texas Education Agency
- Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct
